Artist's Description

The is an image of "cream style" corn being prepared for our very large family reunion on a farm just outside Jackson, MI that we called "The country." The corn was fresh from the garden and part of the menu which included, ribs, chicken, potato salad, cole slaw and many other items. This image was special because it was being cooked by my cousin Greta Suddeth (AKA Buncie) in an old dented pot that dates back many years.
